The layer between your data and AI.
Before data reaches a model, Blackbox decides what to keep, what to shrink and what to drop. The model reads far less — and still gives the same answer.
Keep the signal. Lose the noise.
Most of what gets sent to AI is repetition: readings that barely change, context that’s already known, history the model has seen before. Blackbox removes that before the model ever reads it.
Keep the signal
What matters for the decision stays intact.
Drop the repeats
Duplicate readings and repeated context get condensed.
Send less
Fewer tokens reach the model on every request.
Same quality
The model still has what it needs to answer well.
Same answer. A fraction of the input.
Pick an example — a machine, an AI product or a network — and run it through Blackbox.

Illustrative example data. Character counts are measured on the text shown here. The 71% figure comes from our internal test workflow, not this demo.
Up to 71% fewer tokens in current testing — with the same output.
What it means
In our current test workflow, the model received about 71% fewer tokens (16,478 down to 4,778 in one run) and produced the same output as it did with the full input.
What it doesn’t mean
It isn’t a promise for every workload, and fewer tokens isn’t the same as 71% lower cost. Results depend on your data, your model and your task — which is why we benchmark on your data first.
Four steps between raw data and a lean input.
Ingest
Your data comes in as it is — telemetry, logs, prompts, documents or chat history.
Understand
Blackbox identifies structure, repetition and what’s relevant to the task.
Compress
Repeats shrink and low-value context is reduced. Decision-relevant detail stays.
Deliver
The model receives a lean, ready-to-use input and answers as it normally would.
On its own, or inside an Althyra platform.
Blackbox on its own
Put Blackbox in front of the model your product already uses and reduce what every request costs. No need to change models.
Blackbox for AI companies →Inside our industry platforms
Every Althyra platform runs on Blackbox, tuned to that industry’s data — so AI can watch every machine, asset or site affordably.

A test on someone else’s data only tells you so much. Send us a representative sample and we’ll show you what Blackbox does to yours.
Share a sample
A representative set of prompts, documents or data — with anything sensitive removed.
We run it
We pass your sample through Blackbox and compare the model’s output with and without it.
You see the result
Your token reduction and a side-by-side of the outputs, so you can judge quality yourself.
Your data, handled on your terms.
We agree how data is shared, used and deleted before you send anything.
Agreed up front
Data handling, confidentiality and deletion are agreed with you before any data changes hands.
Only what’s needed
Benchmarks run on a representative sample. Remove or mask anything sensitive before sharing.
Your model, your provider
Blackbox isn’t tied to any AI provider, so you keep the vendors and agreements you already have.
Nothing hidden
You can see exactly what the model received and what it produced, for any request.
Deployment agreed per customer
Where Blackbox runs is scoped with your team to fit your security and compliance needs.
People stay in charge
In industrial settings, AI advises and your team approves every action.
Questions teams ask first.
Is Blackbox just prompt compression?
No. Shortening prompts is one part of it. Blackbox decides which data an AI actually needs before it runs — across telemetry, logs, documents and conversation history — which is a bigger job than trimming text.
Does it change the model’s answers?
In our current test workflow the output was the same with and without Blackbox. We don’t ask you to take that on trust: the benchmark shows a side-by-side of your own outputs.
Which models does it work with?
Blackbox prepares the input for whichever model you use — hosted AI APIs, open-source models or your own. It isn’t tied to any provider.
Will 71% fewer tokens mean 71% lower costs?
Not necessarily. Cost depends on your provider’s pricing, output length and how your system is built. The benchmark shows your token reduction; we then work out the real saving with you.
How do we integrate it?
Blackbox sits between your application and your model. The exact integration is scoped with your engineers so it fits your stack and security requirements.
